This blend consists of smallholders from the Mastercol premium program in Southern Huila. Approximately 200 producers across municipalities surrounding the town of Acevedo participate in this program, 15 of which are included in this blend. Mastercol is committed to environmental and sustainable agriculture as well as socially responsible buying practices. Some of their initiatives include incorporating specific processing protocols and harvesting criteria for farmers as an effort to increase specialty premiums for higher quality lots. In this blend, you can expect a sweet, balanced cup with approachable flavours.
