With a generous selection of espresso-based drinks and pour overs that showcase our unique variety of roasts we have something for everyone. For those looking to warm up with a non-coffee beverage, we also offer hot chocolate, tea, craft soda's, and more. Looking for something quick we make in house canned latte's and nitro cold brew to go.

Hungry? Try our breakfast and lunch paninis which we make in house, we have a daily soup special, made fresh daily, or if you are looking for something sweet we also carry a variety of locally sourced baked goods!

Roastery & Tasting Lab

Come check out where the magic happens. We roast weekly on site for the cafe, our wholesale customers and our online orders. Stay tuned for our tasting lab coming soon. Contact us to book a coffee education or tasting event for up to 20 people.

    Meet Lorenn and Michael owners/roasters at the wall coffee. 

    We are passionate about coffee, but even more than that, we are passionate about people. We have made the choice to combine our passion for coffee and people and created "the choice" coffee roasters. We desire to build better world through coffee that is why we are dedicated to working with local charities through donating 10% of our sales on every bag of coffee to the charity of your choice. We are currently supporting a few local charities, Adeara Recovery (a women's recovery program for precious women who are facing the life disrupting effects of drug and alcohol addiction), Little Warriors an organization dedicated to helping children facing the horrors of sexual abuse, Kids on Track, and the Stollery Childrens Hospital.
